2. Made-to-Order Items

  • Production Time: Made-to-order jewelry takes between 15 to 25 days to prepare. This includes the time needed to craft your item to the highest standards.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Express Shipping: Once your made-to-order item is ready, express shipping typically takes 5 to 7 days.
    • Economy Shipping: Economy shipping usually takes 15 to 25 days.
  • Non-Returnable: Since made-to-order items are specifically crafted upon request, they are considered custom orders and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return
